“Money” hit maker, Kweku Flick in an interview with MzGee on Tv3 has disclosed the amount he charges for features and performance.
The Kumasi based musician and banger producer, Kweku Flick is currently in Accra promoting his latest song ‘Bye Bye’ and other projects he has.
He was on Tv3’s ‘New Day’ talk show with entertainment presenter MzGee and he talked more on his projects, and his life.
On how he started his music career professionally, Kweku Flick detailed that he has an elderly brother, Makado, who is a musician and he used to do cover of his songs and then decided to do his own song which became a national anthem dubbed ‘Money’.
Kweku Flick explaining what he thinks when people mistake him for Kwesi Arthur because they have a similar voice, he said his voice is natural although he learns more from Kwesi Arthur.
Host, MzGee revealed her producer saw a note on the website of Kweku Flick’s management and it was stated that to get the budding artist on their projects, they charge Ghc8,000.
Kweku Flick said he charges Ghc8,000 for businesses linkups but he can do songs with people for free if he sees that an artist deserves it.
Host MzGee also revealed that on the same website of Kweku Flick’s management, it is stated that he charges Ghc15,000 for performances.
Kweku Flick explaining whether what he charges for a show is not expensive since he is new in the music industry, he said he knows nothing about the Ghc15,000 charges on the website but many people pay more that.
Kweku Flick talked about his upcoming projects with Sarkodie, Strongman and other big names that will be more bigger than his ‘Money’ song.
